* Unfortunately we are currently unable to redeem store gift cards online. If you have a gift card or store credit that you'd like to use online please email us and we will walk you through the process. 

 

 

RETURN POLICY- ONLINE ORDERS

 

We hope your purchase from decemberthieves.com is everything you hoped for, but if not, we will gladly accept items for a full refund within 7 days, and for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 14 days. This applies to web orders only. 

Socks and tights are final sale.

Please note that our in-store return policy (listed below) is different.

To initiate an exchange, please email us for an authorization number and we will get back to you with instructions. Please make sure to include your name and order number. Please do not mail any items before contacting us. 


We reserve the right to refuse any return that was not authorized. 

All in-store returns of online orders must be processed by management. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: All shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracking and insuring your return shipment as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

If you make your purchase from one of our Boston storefronts, all items must be in their original condition, with original tags, unused and accompanied by a receipt within 14 days of purchase. In-store returns are for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only.

We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange if any of the above conditions are not met.

IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM

 

We do everything possible to ship your items safely and securely but unfortunately at times, items can be damaged in transit. If an item arrives DAMAGED please email us to report the damage within 3 days of receipt and we will provide you with further information.  Please do not throw out the box and packaging that the item was shipped in.  

Please include your order number when reporting the damage. 

Unfortunately, claims cannot be handled after the 3 day delivery period.

 

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

 

All orders are shipped from our 51 Charles St. storefront in Boston, MA via USPS or UPS.

Orders are prepared for shipment within 24-48 business hours from time of purchase and you will be notified with tracking information at the time of shipping.

Please allow 2-5 business days for your orders to arrive. Feel free to email us with any questions.

Store pickup is available at our 51 Charles St. storefront during normal business hours.

Orders up to $249: $10 flat rate 

Orders over $250: Free Shipping*

*Excludes oversized/fragile items  

 

* Oversized/Fragile items: 

1 item: $18 flat rate  

2+ items: $30 flat rate  

 

* Oversized/Fragile items are not eligible for shipping promotions. 

 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

At this time we are unable to process international orders through our website.
